Michiana LEAN Network
The Michiana Lean Network is an organization of diverse member companies in the Elkhart-Goshen-South Bend Region dedicated to honing their competitive edge through continuous improvement. These companies representing, Manufacturing, Health Care, Service, Construction and Higher Education, learn and share best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, Safety and Leadership.
The Network meets monthly to discuss Continuous Improvement topics, hear from Industry experts or visit other organizations to see hands-on applications of CI/Lean tools and practices and to learn how they were successfully implemented.

Membership Fees
Annual membership fee is $500. There is a discounted rate of $325 for companies that are members of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. These fees are used to defray CBE costs of administering the network.

Membership entitles a member company to 3 permanent seats in the network and unlimited company representatives at certain network functions

Meetings/Events
The Network normally meets on the second Thursday of the month from 8 AM to 10 AM (with some exceptions). Meetings and events are held either at the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce or at member sites for benchmarking tours.
