Our Mission
To bring together working women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and recognition.
Goals
- Increase awareness of the contributions of working women in the South Bend Elkhart region, by selecting a “Woman of the Year” to be announced at the Chamber Annual Meeting. The nomination form can be found here
- Provide relevant topics paired with speaker/panel expertise and presentation skills for monthly luncheons
- Create an atmosphere where all attendees feel welcome
