Criteria:

Must be a member in good standing with the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce for at least 2 years of consecutive membership
Minimum of 3 years in business
1000 employees or less and whose common stock is not regularly bought and sold in a public securities market
No restrictions to the nature of the business
Judged on innovative product/service, growth, community involvement and other unique factors
