Vice President Business Resources / Center for Business Excellence
Works with small & medium sized businesses and nonprofits on continuous improvement process. The work includes leadership training, team building, wasteful practice elimination, and creating increased efficiency. Among the tools utilized are DiSC and Six Sigma. Liaison to OSHA and Technology Councils.

Oversees Communications, including print, social media, media releases, and website. Maintains membership database. Liaison to Environmental and Transportation Councils.

Directs operations of the Chamber to carry out programs of work to meet the members’ needs. Acts as a chief spokesperson for the Greater Elkhart business community in areas that are supported by Board and Council policies. Serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer
Oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies for The Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors Talent Connections and Entrepreneurship & Innovation priorities. Lead author of all grants written in support of GECC’s mission and Board priorities and supports the VP of Communication in marketing GECC. Liaison to Business Diversity Initiative and Young Professionals Council.

Startup Moxie of Elkhart County Executive Director
Oversees the recruitment curriculum development, lesson planning events, and daily class activities for students enrolled in Start Up Moxie Elkhart County. Responsible for recruitment of mentors and guest speakers. Serves as the chief fundraiser for the program.
