Creating a Tech Talent Pipeline of New Hires for your Business through Indiana’s State Earn & Learn (SEAL)

SEAL focuses on employer needs and allows industry partners to meet workforce demands while building a pipeline that will grow and sustain business in today’s competitive labor market. It is a work-based learning initiative by The Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship, where participating students earn college credits and industry-recognized credentials while working and learning on the job.
