In order to help kids be ready to start the new school year better prepared to succeed, the Salvation Army will be distributing a backpack filled with school supplies, a $30 shoe gift card, and a haircut gift card for the children ages 17 and under of qualifying applicants in the Elkhart School system. This event is for those who have pre-registered.
