Interrupting Workplace Conflict, Reducing Violence and Harm

Safety in the workplace involves how employees treat each other and how leaders can see signs of internal conflict and learn how to proactively address and de-escalate them.  Please join us at the upcoming OSHA Breakfast where Graham and Anne will share how to:

  • Understand and Recognize Cycles of Violence
  • Identify our physiological and emotional responses
  • Create strategies to interrupt cycles of violence and conflict
