The Delta is celebrating their Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting! This event will take place at 10a on Tuesday November 25 at 304 E. Jackson in Elkhart. Immediately following the ribbon cutting, guided tours and warm coffees from Cardinal Coffee Cart will be available until noon.
