Elkhart Education Foundation invites you to the Roosevelt Elementary School Library Dedication on Wed. March 11th from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.  The school is located at 201 W. Wolf Ave. Elkhart. RSVP by March 4th by emailing info@elkhartedfoundation.org.

The Elkhart Education Foundation and Elkhart Community Schools’ goal to update each of the 14 elementary school libraries culminates with this dedication.  The vision for Living Libraries:

– Flexible, moveable furniture to encourage creative collaboration
– Infusion of technology including access to tablets, chrome books, online card catalogue and online research tools
– Adding to and updating current book selections
– Creating spaces for innovative teaching practices, including play-based learning
– Comfortable spaces to share in the joy of reading
