Celebrate the big changes at the Cleveland Branch of the Elkhart Public Library on Tuesday, May 10. From now through 2023, all four neighborhood branches of the Elkhart Public Library (www.myepl.org) will be the scene of big changes leading to friendly spaces for studying, collaborating and sharing. Collections will be easier to browse, and programs will be easier to attend.
