The Elkhart Knights of Columbus local 1043 will be hosting a Dyngus Day meal on Monday April 5th. The meal includes polish sausage, pierogis, noodles, cabbage, boiled eggs. Meals are $10 and will be served until the Knights run out of food. This will be at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 112 E. Lexington in Elkhart Carry out and dine in are both available
