CBE Workshop: Front Line Leadership Training Series
For most organizations, those who lead on the front lines make up the largest part of the Management Team. These leaders have typically been promoted from floor positions because they exhibited natural leadership skills. In other cases, these leaders joined the company in “Leader In Training” roles. Whichever the case, their impact on the organization is significant yet they haven’t been trained in the foundational leadership skills that will help make them and company very successful.
The Front Line Leader Workshops are lively, practical and interactive sessions that take participants through foundation leadership skills while introducing them to higher level continuous improvement tools and leadership practices.
The series of workshops build upon each other and address performance management, problem solving, leading change, leadership communication, conflict management and motivation of employees with various styles. Participants will also get a DiSC Workplace Profile assessment and gain understanding on how their workplace style can best interact and positively impact their team and peers.
Please note, participants may be eligible for the NextLevel Jobs Grant from the State of Indiana if participants take the full series of workshops.
The full series of 10 Workshops is $920 ($792 for Greater Elkhart Chamber Members). Individual Courses are $99 ($85 with the Chamber Member Discount)*
* There is a 7% discount for the full series and participants may be eligible for the NextLevel Jobs Grant from the State of Indiana if participants take the full series of workshops. We can help you with applying for these grants. For the individual courses involving the DiSC Workplace Profiles, there is an additional cost of $72 for each Everything DiSC Workplace Profile Assessment.
