The Council on Aging has teamed up with Joy Blooms, a non-profit organization that repurposes donated flowers to create beautiful, colorful bouquets guaranteed to brighten someone’s day (AND yours)! Each participant will take home their own arrangement while also creating bouquets to be donated to hospitals, nursing homes, and others in need of a little joy!
