The 2020 census noted a new trend. People, particularly millennials, are moving to cities providing a high-quality of life and then finding a job, rather than moving to where jobs are. Connecting to that theme, following the Great Resignation, more employees are taking the time to find a position with a company that has a culture in which they are able to grow, both personally and professionally. Building on Becky Beckman’s presentation on Company Culture at the Fall Kickoff, Diane Winn will walk us through the main elements in creating and implementing a development plan.
