CBE Workshop for Leaders:  Bouncing Back – Creating a Resilient Workplace

It’s starting to sink in.  There will be no “back to normal.” As things open up and more people go back to work, keeping employees safe, committed and productive is vital.  Conditions are constantly changing and resilient organizations are adapting by choosing to no longer do things that are not essential, sticking with what is productive and speeding up the rate of innovation and adaptation.  Organizations with a cultural “true north” are using their mission and values to guide them to do what really matters.

This series of three Zoom-based workshops has been crafted for the busy leader.  It will provide a framework for leaders to provide the direction and support that are essential to help their organizations bounce back.  The sessions are fast paced and content rich.  Participants will leave each session with practical ideas and useful tools.

The Instructors, Bil Murray and Merritt Dilts, have practical leadership and continuous improvement knowledge from extensive industry experience.
