Everyone is invited to join us for Picture Possibilities’ Celebration at the
Elkhart Civic Plaza on Main Street on Saturday, July 30th from 11:00-3:00 PM. This free and inclusive community event will be family-friendly and include food trucks, free caricature and balloon art, music by Froggy 102.7, family activities, hourly prize drawings, and more!
