What's Next 2018

There is a five step process to taking meaningful action when it comes to the work of your Elkhart Chamber. It is pretty simple: 1) Ask the question, 2) Listen to the answer, 3) Decide if we are going to lead, convene, collaborate, make connections, or pass on being involved, 4) Develop a plan that meets the needs of our members and community, and 5) Move into implementation.

We have heard you and are joining you in attacking workforce recruiting in our community. Step one is an event called “What’s Next?”

March 2-4, we have invited and will be bussing 200+ college students to the Elkhart/Goshen area to introduce them to our community and meet with businesses.
