She states\, “I made the drawings as a celebration of my new lifestyle of healthier eating habits and exercise. In the year 2018\, I made the decision to go on Weight Watchers to lose 60 pounds and within 10 months I lost a total of 100 pounds. In the drawings\, I wanted to examine the anatomical structure of my face since changing my lifestyle. I drew myself in a hat to represent a more confident\, healthier version of myself.”\nAdmission $5. Free for MMAA Members & Donors.\nGallery Talks or Noon Time Talks each Thursday will be limited to 50 people on a first-come-first-serve basis. Doors will be locked at 12:15.
