As we await SBA’s final rules\, attendees will learn the key features of the program including eligibility\, grant amounts and what documentation will be required to access funding. This session will also explore in detail the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and the major updates that recently became law. The new ERTC expands the number of employers that are eligible for the refundable tax credit based on a more advantageous threshold of revenue decline.
