DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Tai Chi in the Gardens 2025! \nTai Chi is a mind and body discipline coming from the martial arts. Head to toe correct mechanical movement provides physical benefits. The mindfulness of the practice provides cognitive benefits and the meditative aspects of heightened awareness lead to emotional recovery. From active recovery to fall prevention\, Tai Chi is good for all fitness levels. \nClasses will be held outside and are taught by Swan Mishler or Margo Tutorow from Beacon Health & Fitness\, and will consist of a walking program of mindful meditation and tai chi practice in various areas of the Gardens. \nMember Adult: $8 | Public Adult: $10 \nMember 10-Class Punch Card: $72 | Public 10-Class Punch Card: $90
