DESCRIPTION:Please join us to learn about the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges. You will learn a 5-step action plan to help an individual in crisis and non-crisis situations. This is a “blended” course and 2 hours of self-paced training is required to be completed prior to the in-person class. Certification in Mental Health First Aid will be attained upon completion of this training. Registration is required. Only $40 and lunch included!
