The practice creates physical and mental activities that change brain waves to release emotional tension\, slow down the nervous system\, and allow muscles to relax. Join Barbara Naranche as she guides us through this meditative process that is profoundly healing for body\, mind and soul. Chairs will be available for those who aren’t comfortable getting up and down from the ground. Barb will make sure stretches can be done on/with a chair.

DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Thursday\, June 9\, 2022 for our Noon Time Talk at 12:15 PM. \nFilm to be announced \nMasks are required for all gallery talks if you have not been vaccinated. Masks are strongly recommended if you have been vaccinated. Gallery Talks or Noon Time Talks each Thursday will be limited to 50 people on a first-come-first-serve basis. Doors will be locked at 12:15. No admittance to the museum by the public will be allowed until the talk has concluded and the galleries emptied and sterilized.
