DESCRIPTION:The show will take The Lerner Theatre stage May 6-8th. The cast of characters are sure to bring nostalgia for fans of the cartoon SpongeBob Squarepants\, fans of classic rock\, and music and dance! Come see SpongeBob\, Patrick Starr\, Sandy the Squirrel\, Squidward Q. Tentacles\, Eugene Krabs and more. In addition\, Premier Arts will present The SpongeBob Musical with an all-youth cast on Saturday\, May 7th at 3:00 pm.\nThe stakes are higher than ever in this dynamic stage musical\, as SpongeBob and all of Bikini Bottom face the total annihilation of their undersea world. Chaos erupts. Lives hang in the balance. And just when all hope seems lost\, a most unexpected hero rises up and takes center stage. The power of optimism really can save the world. The SpongeBob Musical is based on the beloved animated series with original songs by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith\, Sara Bareilles\, The Flaming Lips\, Lady A\, Cydni Lauper\, John Legend\, Panic! At the Disco\, Plain White T’s\, They Might Be Giants and T.I.\, and songs by David Bowie. \nThis show is produced in partnership with Flexco.
