DESCRIPTION:Do you have an old\, broken string of holiday lights laying around? Not sure what to do with them? Bring them to the EEC for recycling! 🎄 \nWe are very excited to announce that we are partnering with Schupan & Sons\, Inc. in Elkhart to help you recycle your unwanted Christmas lights! ♻️ Reduce your holiday waste this season by dropping off your lights to the Elkhart Environmental Center\, or take them directly to Schupan – whatever works best for you! \nWe will be collecting lights at the EEC until December 31st. You can bring them to our office Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM\, or leave them in the drop box on our front porch any time…we will be glad to take them! \nAs always\, feel free to reach out to us at eecmail@coei.org with any questions 😊

Join us December 7 at 2:00 p.m. ET for the first webinar in this series\, Employer Considerations: Stress\, Mental Health and Tobacco Cessation. \nThe Council welcomes speakers Deborah Buckle and Ashley O’Rourke as they discuss:\n• The impacts of stress and mental wellness on tobacco cessation.\n• Tobacco cessation resources for individuals coping with mental health issues like depression and anxiety.\n• How promoting tobacco cessation among employees can improve lung health and reduce the risk of complications from COVID-19.\nThe program will be recorded and sent to all registrants after the webinar.
