DESCRIPTION:With the recent installation of an exterior audio visual system at their Corporate Headquarters in downtown Elkhart\, INOVA has teamed up with the Great Lakes Valley Conference to create a light and music display featuring the fight songs and school colors for each of the college teams participating in the upcoming swim meet at the Beacon Aquatics Center. \nThe display will run each evening the swim meet is scheduled\, February 10 – 13\, from 6:00PM – 8:00PM. INOVA welcomes anyone in the community\, and especially the family and friends of the participating athletes\, to come and enjoy this family friendly experience from the safety of their vehicle at INOVA’s main office located at 358 S. Elkhart Ave\, Elkhart\, IN.

DESCRIPTION:City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department partners with enFocus to gather resident input on six neighborhood parks for the development of improvement plans \n  \nThe City of Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department and enFocus will engage residents in neighborhoods adjacent to several community parks in community meetings. Through online community conversations\, residents are invited to share how they are currently using the parks\, their feelings of the park’s status\, and desires for the park’s future. DESCRIPTION:The Food Bank of Northern Indiana is in need of volunteers to assist with a mobile food distribution in Elkhart County. This event will take place from 9:00am- 12:00pm on Monday February 15 in the parking lot of Concord Mall. \nUpon arrival\, please look for our large\, white mobile distribution truck. Staff members on site will provide direction. Food product is limited at each event\, so please provide each vehicle with only the necessary amount. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19\, we ask that volunteers do not enter a vehicle under any circumstance unless it is to place product in a trunk. A designated self-loading area will be available for clients without a working trunk. \nPlease note that this event will take place outdoors rain\, snow\, or shine. A mask and closed toed shoes are required for all volunteers\, and gloves and hand-warmers will be provided.\nFeel free to contact me at any time with questions or concerns.
