DESCRIPTION:The December presentation will focus on recent changes at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) as well as their future direction.  Other topics will include IDEM’s legislative agenda for the upcoming session\, some new emerging federal rules\, changes at the USEPA\, and common violations from local inspections. \nPresenter: James E. Weingart\, Director\, Northern Regional Office \nWednesday\, December 17 at 7:30 am at the Matterhorn Conference Center.
