SUMMARY:OSHA Breakfast - Managing the Aftermath of Safety Trauma
DESCRIPTION:The December OSHA Council Breakfast will focus on the critical care of team members after an incident or injury.  This includes caring for those who are recovering from injuries as well as those that may be experiencing secondary trauma from the incident. \nPlease join us as Sarah Samson\, Chaplin at Beacon Health System\, shares her experience and expertise on evaluating the negative impact of stress (physical\, emotional\, spiritual and relational)\, how it affects our teams\, methods for building up resilience and resistance to stress\, and how to support our teams after serious safety incidents. \nBreakfast begins at 7:30 am; Program begins at 8 am \n  \n \nThis event is open to all Greater Elkhart Chamber Members. Cancellations must be received at least 4 days prior to the meeting.
