Since 2011\, Dotson has served as President & CEO of the Indiana Latino Institute (ILI)\, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance Latino educational attainment and workforce preparedness statewide through advocacy\, leadership development\, and culturally responsive programming.  Under Dotson’s leadership\, ILI created and expanded its programming including the Indiana Latino Leadership Circle\, the Indiana Latino Legislative Agenda\, the Indiana Higher Education Consortium\, Hispanic Heritage Month events\, and the Indiana Latino Education Summit\, and secured more than $17 million in scholarships for Indiana Latino students.
