SUMMARY:OSHA Breakfast - Building Effective Safety Teams
DESCRIPTION:Safety Committees are an essential part of any safety program but are often a challenge to develop and sustain. When used effectively\, these committees are integral to providing input on numerous health and safety objectives and opportunities in your facility.   During this presentation\, we will look at traditional safety committees\, how they operate\, what pitfalls they may have and to improve employee involvement.  Fundamentally\, we will discuss how to transform the typical conference room style Safety Committee structure to an active\, engaged and sustainable Safety Team. \nBreakfast begins at 7:30 am; Program begins at 8 am \nPresenter: Jason Demeter\, Director-EHS\, RV Pillar\, Patrick Industries \n  \n \nThis event is open to all Greater Elkhart Chamber Members.
