DESCRIPTION:Please join us to celebrate a new partnership between Riverview Adult Day Health Center and LOGAN. This ribbon cutting will take place at 11 am on July 31 at 2715 E Jackson in Elkhart. \nRiver Adult Day Health Center has long served older adults and caregivers by providing nursing care\, engaging activities\, transportation and respite services that allow individuals to remain living safely at home LOGAN is a leader in providing services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. \nThe partnership expands access to services in Elkhart County and addresses a growing community need for individuals transitioning from school-based programs into adulthood\, while also supporting families and caregivers seeking quality daytime services.
