By focusing on unsafe behaviors\, we can first identify root causes\, then reduce or eliminate immediate risks. \nFocusing on behaviors allows us to build a culture where safety becomes a natural part of everything we do.  Let’s create a safe workplace\, lower the chances of incidents\, and ensure that safety is a priority in every aspect of the organization. \nBy evaluating behaviors in general\, root causes can be recognized then eliminated to reduce workplace incidents and ensure that safety is a priority in any organization. \nThis presentation focuses on learning to recognize the effectiveness of workplace safety systems and behaviors of employees that lead to unsafe actions and accidents. \nFocusing on behaviors allows companies to build a culture where safety is integrated into all workplace processes. \n \n  \nWednesday\, February 18 at 7:30 am at the Matterhorn Conference Center.
