DESCRIPTION:Discuss issues affecting you\, business\, and industry with State Legislators at the Third House Meeting on Friday\, January 30 from 12 – 1:30 pm. \nHear updates from legislators about the agenda of the current legislative session and where those items are in the process. Following updates\, the floor is open for your questions. Engaging with our elected officials ensures that the voices of Elkhart County are being echoed in the Statehouse during legislative sessions. Third House Meetings give legislators and residents of the community a chance to communicate in an open forum. \nAdvocacy on behalf of members is at the core of the work the Chamber does daily. Being able to host our state lawmakers so they can meet face-to-face with constituents is a privilege. \nIndiana legislators invited to the Third House Meetings include Rep. David Abbott\, Rep. Joanna King\, Rep. Doug Miller\, Rep. Timothy Wesco\, Sen. Blake Doriot\, and Sen. Linda Rogers. \nThird House Meetings are sponsored by \n \nRegistration for this event is now closed.
