DESCRIPTION:Elkhart’s Cinco de Mayo Festival is collaborating with the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce to kick festivities off with a ribbon cutting! The ribbon cutting will take place on Saturday May 3 at noon and will be held at Elkhart Civic Plaza (101 E High St\, Elkhart). The festival will start immediately following the ribbon cutting and will be held until 10pm that night. There will be food\, vendors\, presentations\, crafts\, live music\, live dancers and more! Please come and join for an event celebrating our beautiful community!
