DESCRIPTION:The Transportation Council of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the 24th Annual Transportation Event \nConnect in Elkhart County – a mobility master plan for Elkhart County\n\nThis project is being led by the Community Foundation of Elkhart County’s Placemaking Committee\, whose goal is to create open communities in Elkhart County that inspire\, attract\, engage\, and connect people to enrich their living experience. Ray Caldwell\, Program Officer at the Community Foundation of Elkhart County will be the speaker. \nThe project will assess the gaps in the county’s existing trail system\, actively engage the community about its future\, develop conceptual and specific design recommendations and create strategies for how the trail system can create new development opportunities.
