Jason will introduce the steps to conduct an Incident Investigation and provide interactive scenarios to sharpen your skills. \nThe process of Incident Investigation includes a series of steps like securing the scene\, gathering data\, analyzing the information to find both immediate and underlying causes\, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety and prevent a recurrence.
