This special event recognizes the outstanding achievements of minority-owned businesses that help drive innovation\, opportunity\, and growth throughout our community. \nThe evening will shine a spotlight on the hard work\, resilience\, and creativity of entrepreneurs who make Elkhart stronger each day. Guests will celebrate this year’s honorees across several categories. \nCommunications: Oliver Pettis\, Black Lion Cinematography\nCommunity Impact/Service: Robert Taylor\nConstruction and Skilled Trades: XML Construction\nEmerging Entrepreneur: Angela Hernandez\, Bright and Shiny Cleaning Services LLC\nHealthcare: Jessica Aguilar\nNonprofit Leadership: DaVonne Kramer\, Regality Inc.\nRetail/Restaurant: Kao’s \nMore than an awards ceremony\, this event offers a welcoming space for networking\, collaboration\, and inspiration. Together\, let’s honor those who continue to make a meaningful difference in Elkhart and beyond. \nCelebrating Minority Business Excellence will be held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Lerner on Thursday\, November 6. Networking begins at 5:30 pm and dinner will be served at 6 pm. The program begins at 6:45 pm. \nThe Community Foundation of Elkhart County is the Presenting Sponsor of the event. Event sponsors are Century Chemical Corporation\, KeyBank\, NIBCO\, and Northern Indiana Public Service Company. \nTable sponsorships and individual seats are available. \n \nRegistration for this event closes at 5 pm on October 30.
