DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the new Outdoor Programming Space at ADEC! The ribbon cutting will take place at 5:30\, however\, the event as a whole takes place from 5-6:30p. This will happen on September 23 at 1205 Middleton Run Rd in Elkhart. Guided tours will be available. \nADEC believes in creating spaces that foster connection\, engagement\, and joy for the individuals that they serve. That’s why their vision for the outdoor programming space was just that – a space thoughtfully designed to be both engaging and accessible for individuals with disabilities. \nThe new outdoor programming space is more than just a playground: it’s a fully inclusive environment crafted with accessibility\, safety and recreation in mind. The space features an ADA-compliant playground\, basketball and multi-use pad\, concrete walking path\, sensory garden and secure fencing.
