DESCRIPTION:The April OSHA Council Breakfast will be all about how you care for you employees after they’ve had an injury.  This includes both those that have suffered from the injury and those that may have experienced secondary trauma from witnessing the injury. \nPlease join us as Sarah Samson\, Chaplin at Beacon Health System\, shares her experience and expertise on evaluating the negative impact of stress (physically\, emotionally\, spiritually and relationally)\, how it affects our teams\, methods for building up resilience and resistance to stress\, and how to support our teams through serious safety incidents. \n\n\n\n\nAnnual Sponsors:\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nThis event is open to all Greater Elkhart Chamber Members.
