What if we stopped trying to do better what we’re not good at and instead focused on doing more of what we are good at? What if we built our teams the same way?\nJess Koscher\, CEO of Write Connections\, has used the StrengthsFinder tool for several years to build her teams and advise others on how to lead their own effective teams.
