DESCRIPTION:The 20 Hour 3-day Advanced Course  will cover portions of the material from the 10 Hour in greater depth and will include additional areas critical to OSHA compliance. Upon successful completion of this additional 20-Hour 3 day Course\, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion of 30-Hours OSHA Authorized Voluntary Compliance Training plus a wallet size certification card. Participants are requested to bring their copy of The Introduction to OSHA Student Handbook\, received at the 10 Hour Workshop.  \nThe prerequisite for attending this class is that registrants must have completed the OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Training offered by the Chamber in October 2020 or February 2021. Class size will be limited to 20 participants. DESCRIPTION:2021 Third House Meetings \nAdvocacy on behalf of members is at the very core of the work the Chamber does on a daily basis. Being able to host our state lawmakers so they can meet face-to-face with their constituents is a privilege. \nThe opportunity to engage with our elected officials is paramount to insuring that the voices of Elkhart County are being echoed in the Statehouse during legislative sessions. \nThird House Meetings give the legislators and the voters a chance to communicate in an open forum. Indiana legislators invited to the Third House Meetings include Rep. David Abbott\, Rep. Joanna King\, Rep. Doug Miller\, Rep. Curt Nisly\, Rep. Timothy Wesco\, Sen. Blake Doriot\, Sen. Ryan Mishler\, and Sen. Linda Rogers. \nThe next Third House Meetings will be held from 12 – 1:30 pm on Friday\, April 16. You will need to register for those separately. \nThis meeting  on March 12 will be held via Zoom.
